Step #2: Create a list
To make sure you get your questions answered, start a list of things you need help with now. Simply grab a piece of paper and write down any questions or issues whenever they pop into your head.

Remember, no questions are stupid! I'm not using hyperbole here, many many incredibly smart people struggle with their technology. You are not stupid and will always be treated with dignity & kindness by me!

If list making is too intimidating, then just be sure to have whichever technology you need help with on hand, and I'll help you get started.
Step #3: Be patient with yourself
Whether you are attending a Q&A, getting help via phone, or have booked 1-on-1 support, know that I am committed to helping you.

Because technology can be overwhelming, it can be all too easy to frustrated. Please remember to be kind to yourself, it is not your fault that technology is so complicated. And know I will help you along the way. You never need to feel helpless again when it comes to technology!
